Artistic Fellow

The Artistic Fellowship is a paid, part-time season-long position for BIPOC administrators looking to learn about the artistic leadership of Diversionary Theatre, develop their skills as an arts administrator, and make meaningful connections with the LGBTQIA+ arts community of San Diego. Position will last August 1, 2023-June 30, 2024.  The fellowship allows the opportunity to explore your interests within arts administration and leadership under the mentorship of the Executive Artistic Director and Artistic Producer.

This application is open to all artists and administrators who identify within the BIPOC community and have an interest in working within the LGBTQIA+ arts community of San Diego.

The deadline to submit this application is June 17, 2023
