*Given the dynamic nature of the LFJCC/CJC, a job description cannot adequately cover the comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee. We have an “all hands on deck” culture which means sometimes duties, responsibilities will change with or without notice as needs arise.
Additionally, all new hires at the LFJCC/CJC are hired to “become” the role they have been selected to fulfill. We do not expect that anyone will be able to effectively do all of the tasks as assigned on your first day, first week or maybe even first year of employment. We deeply understand that the nature of our “community building” work requires learning new systems, processes, people and cultural nuances that are best acquired over time.
HOW TO APPLY: If interested in the position, please fill out the LFJCC Employment Application and attach your cover letter/resume. NO PHONE CALLS
