The Rentals Manager is responsible for the coordination, facilitation and smooth operation of outside rentals
at the Brooks Theatre and Studio 219.
none directly. works with the renter to understand and facilitate the needs of their use of the space.
Handling all inquiries for possible rental events
Review all viable inquiries for goodness of fit with executive team
Securing rental contracts with outside groups
Securing the staffing needed/associated for events
Creating and maintaining of budget for event
Creating and maintaining of event schedules
Scheduling and oversight of any meetings associated with events
Overseeing day of event activities and troubleshooting
Scheduling strike/clean up crew for events
Financial accounting of the events’ expenses and revenues
Ensuring compliance with the theater’s insurance, liquor, etc. rules as they relate to rentals
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma; Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts preferred.
2-3 years related experience preferred.
Must be able to stand for 1-2 hours at a time.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
