Auditions are by appointment only and are held in thirty minute increments. Appointments can be made by calling 619-239-1311.

Students must be enrolled in a SUMMER session camp, be age 8-18 by Opening Night [June 30th, 2023], and have their crew credit up to date, prior to scheduling an audition slot.

Please arrive at least 15 mins early to your assigned time slot with your Audition Form completely filled out, front and back with a current headshot. Parent/Guardian section must be completed and signed prior to submitting form.

Students wishing to audition for both Grace for President and Cinderella only need to sign up for one (1) audition slot and prepare one (1) song cut.
What to Prepare
Students should prepare a 1 minute song cut (approximately 16-32 bars) that best showcases their personality. Make sure you have your sheet music printed out in your correct key, with clear indications for the start and end of your cut. A piano accompanist will be provided at auditions- no acapella singing or singing to pre-recorded tracks will be allowed.

Students must check in with stage management outside of the classroom by 4:30p. Unless otherwise noted on the callback list, all students will be called for the full callback time.

Student will be asked to read from the script, be taught songs from the show, and learn a short dance combination.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in. No open toed shoes or sandals will be allowed.
