Alyx is a Southern California desert town gal who first discovered her love for acting while putting on the performances of her life for her siblings during Charades and her elementary friends as the wicked witch in the Wizard of Oz plays. Alyx also enjoys surfing, cowboy camping, pottery, travel, and foreign language study. She works full-time in neuroscience research and uses acting as another creative outlet. She'd like to thank her dog Scout for keeping her humble during her in-house reenactments of all major films, cooking shows, and books.
